Humano3d.com is an online service that offers 3D models that can be accessed after account registration & purchase of license.
This document outlines the terms of use of Humano, including the terms of use of the website, payment policies, license agreement & terms of use of the 3d People & other 3d models.
1. Introduction
This Terms & Conditions is a legal agreement between you, the company you represent or other legal entity on behalf you accept this agreement (“you”, “licensee”, “your” ) and Beyond Visual – Paweł Potemkowski (EU VAT tax id: PL 8522536755), that operates Humano3d.com website (“Humano”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By registering on our website, using our service, purchasing, downloading or using 3d Models, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth in this agreement. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information (including legal name and, when purchasing for commercial use, your company/organization details). We may request reasonable documentation to verify identity or license eligibility where fraud, abuse, or atypical activity is suspected. Failure to cooperate may result in temporary suspension or termination.

Information on terms of use of 3d Models downloaded from Humano are located in Humano License Agreement & Terms of Use (section of this document).
2. Definitions
Humano – website and service available at https://humano3d.com
License – the right to use 3d models created by Humano in order to create images, visualizations, animations & VR
Licensee – person, company, or other legal entity, that purchased license for the 3d Models
User – a single person employed by the Licensee, that is able to use & access 3d Models
Employee – any person employed by the Licensee
3d Models – digital 3d models created by Humano
3d People – digital 3d models of people created by Humano
Non-human 3d Models – digital 3d models of things other than 3d People, created by Humano
Registration – creating account on our website
Single model – 3d model of a particular person or a thing, that might be available in different levels of quality versions and color versions
Collection – a set of multiple 3d People
3. Humano License Agreement & Terms of Use
Licensee obtains the right to download & use the 3d Models by purchasing License.
Humano grants the Licensee royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use 3d Models within limitations set forth in this agreement. You may share, sell & sublicense images, visualizations, animations created with use of the 3d Models.
3d People cannot be used in games or integrated into software by Licensee. Using 3d People in games or software requires a custom license, please contact us with custom enquiry. Licensee is allowed to use 3d People in VR presentations of architectural presentations. 3d People cannot be used in a way that the depicted person might be presented in an offensive way. 3d People can not be used to create any kind of illegal, obscene, fraudulent, pornographic, abusive, infringing or immoral materials.
Non-human 3d Models (examples: cloths, hair models) can be used in any type of content. Non-human 3d Models assets can be used in games.
You are forbidden to sell, distribute, sublicense, exchange, share and provide access to the 3d Models with any 3rd party.
Single Models License is default license for all Single Models available on Humano. Licensee has no limitation of number of Users or Employees to purchase the license.
Freelancer License is limited for purchase & use by: a single, self-employed individual or single non-commercial Users (examples: self-employed freelancer, hobbyist, student).
This type of license shall not be purchased by companies employing over one person.
Standard License is limited for purchase & use by Licensee that has a maximum of 20 Users or 50 Employees
Enterprise License can be purchased by any Licensee and is not limited by number of Users or Employees.
The number of Users/Employees shall be determined at the moment of purchase. If your company will exceed the number of Users/Employees allowed for a given license type after the purchase, Licensee is not obliged to upgrade the license.
In order to obtain the right to commercial use of 3d Models, the Licensee is required to provide the name of the Company (or other legal entity) that is a party to this agreement. The name of the Company (or other legal entity) must be provided during purchase. The name of Company can be provided during purchase (“Company / Organization name” field) or added after registration in the Account settings page (“Company / Organization name” field). Failure to provide the name of the company (or other legal entity) disallows the commercial use of 3d Models.
No AI Training. You may not use the 3D Models or any outputs derived from them to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning or generative AI systems, nor include them in datasets for the same purpose, without our prior written consent. This does not restrict using AI-powered enhancement or editing tools (e.g., upscaling, denoising, background removal, generative fill) on images or renders that include our 3D People.
Please contact us directly for a custom license or, if you have any doubts on allowed use of 3d Models.
4. Intellectual Property
Humano is the owner of all the intellectual property rights of its website https://humano3d.com, as well as the elements contained in it (for example, 3d Models, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts, etc ).
The reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the way it is made available, of all or part of the contents of this web page for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without authorization, are expressly forbidden.
You undertake to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by Humano.
5. Payment terms
Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle issues the invoices and handles tax collection/remittance where applicable.
We do not have access to and we do not store your payment card data. All purchases are paid in advance.
6. Taxes & prices
The prices on the website are net prices. If we are required by law to collect taxes the value-added tax (VAT) might be added to the final price during purchase process.
EU VAT registered companies may add their EU VAT number during purchase process (in the Paddle checkout popup), so the VAT will not be added to the final price.
7. Refund policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not started downloading the purchased 3D Models. Once downloading begins, your withdrawal right is waived. This does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
The Licensee loses the License to use refunded services. You agree to waive your right to Refund the moment you download purchased 3d Models.
8. Right of Exclusion
Humano reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to https:// humano3d.com portal services offered without notice, on its own or a third party, to those users who violate these Terms & Conditions.
9. Changes to the service & our website
We reserve the right to make any changes it deems appropriate on its website without prior notice, and may change, delete or add the contents and services provided through it, as well as the way in which they appear presented or located.
10. Data Protection
Humano complies fully with the data protection policies contemplated in the regulatory framework of the European Union about Protection of Personal Data. Humano treats Buyer data confidentially and will never pass or sell the Buyer data to any third parties. 11. Exclusion of Warranties and Liability
The 3D Models and the Service are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims in the preceding 24 months will not exceed the fees you paid to us in that period.
If you purchase as a consumer, nothing in this Agreement limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer laws.
Humano is not responsible in any case for any damages of any kind that could cause errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious programs or harmful to the contents, despite had having adopted all the necessary technological measures necessary to avoid it. We are not liable to you for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity or indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by you.
Our liability to you whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of Humano service or this agreement shall not exceed the Fees paid by you to Humano under this agreement in the 24 months prior to the date that such liability arises.
12. Promotional Rights
You grant Humano a limited, revocable permission to identify you as a Humano customer and to display your name, logo, and/or trademarks in customer lists and similar contexts (e.g., our website, decks, case studies, and social profiles). We will follow any written brand-use guidelines you provide.
You may withdraw our right to use your name, trademarks, logos at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt, we will cease new promotional use within a reasonable period.
13. Changes to the agreement
For clarity, the license associated with a specific purchase is the version in force on the date of that purchase.
We reserve the right to modify those terms. Changes to this agreement will be announced on this page, as well we will inform you by email, that has been used during registration. If you continue to use Humano you agree to be bound by all changes. If you do not agree to the changes, please notify us by email and stop using Humano.
These updated Terms are effective immediately for new users and for any purchases placed on or after 5 September 2025. For existing registered users (accounts created before 5 September 2025), these updated Terms will take effect on 19 September 2025 (14 days after publication). Until 19 September 2025, the prior Terms continue to govern your account and any purchases completed before 5 September 2025.
14. Legal Actions
Humano will pursue the breach of these conditions as well as any improper use of its portal exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond by law.
15. Agreement period and termination
This agreement comes into force, when you register on our website and/or make a purchase and continue indefinitely.
Termination of the agreement cancels the Licensee’s right to use the 3d Models.
If you decide to terminate this agreement you are obliged to inform Humano by email, and:
-delete any 3d Models, or any other files obtained from Humano from your PCs and all other data storage media
-stop using Humano & 3d Models
-delete your account (through account profile settings page)
We may suspend access (in whole or part) for: (a) material breach; (b) suspected fraud or unauthorized sharing; (c) legal/ regulatory risks; or (d) non-payment (if applicable). We will notify you when practicable and restore access once the issue is resolved.
Sections concerning license restrictions, ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, and payment obligations survive termination.
16. Jurisdiction
For the purposes of the conditions established in this instrument the applicable legislation will be current Polish laws, and any controversy will be submitted to the Courts of the city of Szczecin, Poland.
