Yes, you are required to have an account on Humano3d.com to complete a purchase. In your account you will have access to all purchased models, downloads & full order history.

Single Models can be purchased by any company. Single Models license has no limitation on number of Users or Employees in the company to purchase.

We believe that every business, regardless of size, deserves equal opportunity to access our products. To provide a more affordable access option for small users, we have decided to introduce 3 different license types for Collections & Mega Bundles.

For Collections and Mega Bundles there are 3 different license options:

Freelancer License – limited for purchase & use by: single, self-employed freelancer or single non-commercial users (examples: self-employed freelancer, hobbyist, student).
This type of license shouldn’t be purchased by companies employing over one person.

Standard License – limited for purchase & use by Licensee (company) that has a maximum of 20 Users or 50 Employees

Enterprise License – can be purchased by any Licensee and is not limited by number of Users or Employees.

The number of users/employees shall be determined at the moment of purchase. If your company will exceed the number of Users/Employees for a given license type, you are not obliged to upgrade the license. We are happy that you grow with us 🙂

By User, we refer to a person employed by your company, who is able to use & access Humano 3d Models. (examples: 3d artist, architect, intern). By Employee we refer to every person employed by your company.

After the payment files will be added to your account (Downloads tab). Additionally you receive an email with download links (Subject: “Your Humano 3d People order is now complete”). If there are any issues, please contact us directly.

After the purchase you will receive an email from Paddle with purchase confirmation (Subject: “Your Humano by Beyond Visual receipt”). In the bottom part of this email, there’s a link letting you see & download or print the invoice – “View Invoice“.

Purchase is processed by our vendor company – Paddle. You are able to pay by PayPal and Credit Cards. If you’d like to pay by bank transfer just contact us directly.

During the Paddle checkout, under Your email address, there’s a link “Add VAT number”. There you can fill in your company information & EU VAT number to deduct the tax for reverse charge. See here >
